OK guys, I was wondering if someone could give me a definitive answer to the age-old question about which turbo-rated transaxles actually had the lockup torque converters. Can a non-turbo lockup tranny be upgraded easily? If so, what is involved? I have a line on a '92 TBI tranny from a Spirit.

Sounds like the computer is looking for a Charge Temp Sensor even though you don't have one. That is a normal part of the T2 electronics. The flooding problem sounds more like an injector leaking fuel into the intake. If you have the 1 pc intake it's fairly easy to pull them and have them

It sounds like you have 2 problems going on. For the stuttering problem, I would start with a visual check on ignition system, loko at the plugs also. And check fuel pressure. Check all underhood electrical connections also. I'd put my money on fuel pressure, most likely pump, as a first
