No problem. What I recall of it was he had a laser pen (?) that he attached on the end of the shaft (can't remember how) and he clamped the shaft in what I think was the clamping device he used for the frequency meter (he has one of John Kaufman's machines). He would put the shaft in parallel t

Hi Ed, That is a neat idea. Another clubmaker I visit made a device with a laser pointer to do it. I will be visiting him again to check frequencies and will see how he made his FLO device too and perhaps I'll try one or the other in my own situation! Jen Ed Reeder wrote: Jen, Glad to see you

I thought it stood for eXtra Long -- longer than normal raw shaft length? One of the unique things about the TT Extra Lite was it had a similar step pattern to what the TX-90 does now -- lots of small steps near the tip of the shaft. [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: I thought TT Lite XL stood for X-TRA

Jen     Try the TX wood haft but use a flex to flex and half softer, I have gotten a great response from players of all skill levels on the performance of this shaft. The tip profile is on the stiff side by as much as the 1 to 1 1/2 flexes. Hope this helps. Charlie B

Thanks but no... the TT Lite is different.  The Extra Lite was discontinued I guess a couple years ago at least.  Golfsmith gave out a free one at the 98 PGA show which is where I first tried it and they were the only TT shaft I like (that I have tried so far).  [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:
