international conferencing via VOIP. I've used a few and it came down
to trial and error. The challenge is the call quality for the partner
in the US or Europe. Here calls were often clear but overseas they had
problems.

we use it quite a bit both with computer to computer calls and to
outside lines.
quality is still a bit hit and miss, but at free to 2cents a min it's
hard to beat for internal discussions
