I second that. The weather and the people in SF are amazing. It doesn't get
too hot and doesn't get too cold and drivers stop at four-way stop signs.
It is a freak of nature.

Keep in mind there are a lot of benefits in a split team….eg Australian staff
wont be wooed away by the next latest and greatest and it doesn’t cost you an
arm and a leg to live within 2 hours commute of the office.
