Ok I've just built a small current controlled CS maker. I was using 3 9v then moved to 3 9v with a 7805 to regulate the current and now moved to 3 9v with a lm317/ It seems to work well. What I've noticed though is that with higher amp the buildup on the neg electrode is black and quite allot.
