Hi, I've been using CS for less than a year and I haven't had a cold or flu since starting. Used to get at least 4 colds a year and flu 3 and 4 times one right after the other and 5 or 6 times a year. Get sore throats often still but they disappear after a day or two of diligent use of CS. Prob
