I have successfully gotten rid of many mounds of fire ants by spreading
baking soda around (not on) the mounds, and then spraying the soda with
apple cider vinegar. The workers will feed this mixture to the queen and
the acid in her system mixed with the acidic vinegar and soda will expand in
her.
coffee grounds kill roaches and other bugs, but the grounds must be fresh.
If you use used grounds, then someone has drunk all of the poison.

A mouthful of cs with 3 drops of DMSO swished for at least 30 secs. (longer
the better) four times per day will give a great deal of pain relief in one
day--two at the most. This must be continued to sustain relief. Some swelling

Actually maggots work wonderfully for this type of thing. They will consume
all the dead tissue and not touch living tissue at all. Be sure they are
clean so you don't introduce an infection, but don't try to sterlize them,
they need to be alive. I would say rinsing with colloidal silver would be
