I hate to have a conspiracy theory, BUT! In the book LAB 257 by Michael Christopher Carroll reveals how Lyme disease began at Plum Island. He also states among many other things, West Nile Virus also came from Plum Island off Long Island. Why not Bird flu, next? It helps control many things
