Have you tried non-acidic vitamin C in the form of sodium ascorbate?
Most vitamin is produced from fermenting corn. If you are allergic to corn, try
vitamin C from Acerola.
I've seen it here and there, [no specific URLs] but you're right, it's
not mentioned a lot and never have I seen in the detail that's covered here.
