if you use a humidifier for the cs, the unit should be the ultrasonic
type of humidifier. a non-ultrasonic humidifier leaves the additives in
the chamber.

I buy raw milk here in California to make kefir. The kefir grains also
work in regular pasteurized milk, but I prefer the raw to have the product
be as natural as possible, just as it was made by the people who live in
cultures where there is major dependence upon it.

A good remedy tha I used when I was sick was to get whole cloves and menthol
honey cough drops and Black walnut tincture.
crush three or 4 cough drlops and disolev in about 2 oz warm water put in mug.
then boil about 1 or 2 oz of whole cloves in 2 cups of water and boil down till
