My solution to lactose intolerance was to switch to almond milk. Really
tastes good as well, although rather expensive. Don't get the Pacific
brand, it is not very good.

When I get a sore in my mouth from my dentures, I
spray it with either 25% or 50% DMSO in CS, (made
with a silver puppy). Sore goes away.
Doesn't taste good, but, not horrible either.
