I find curcumin to be cited as giving yellow color to Turmeric. So it's turmuric you need to be taking, not ginger... Now I found a site listing curcumin in ginger, but there is a heck of a lot more in turmuric. Just thought it was worth a mention. BTW, I am saving your post to my remedies

Well no, I have to disagree with you with regard to the taste, the CS I produce using a current controlled generator is colourless, but with quite a strong metallic after taste. Using a Hanna TDS meter it gives a reading of 20uS. Using a HM Digital TDS-4 meter its around 12-15 ppm. I have found
