Very very good! In the old days, when I was still suffering from colds (thawuz befo' we met CS) at the first sign I would go fasting, on only water. Colds since then wouldn't last more than two days. The first sign was a pain, running from one side of the throat to the other and then spreading .

I don't know what I've done to correct the trigger finger. My fingers and thumbs have some arthritis, maybe some bone spurs (Dr. said I had two spurs on my kneecap...I had an x-ray because I'm going to have a knee replacement in April). I've been thinking about what I've done differently late
