Hi Diane, Yes, lecithin IS worth trying. I take 2T lecithin granules daily; have for a couple years now. I know it's good for lots of things, so I haven't given it up, despite that fact that it hasn't made a difference in my psoriasis. sigh. I think many people with psoriasis run the gamut
