Hi Paul: Don't get me wrong: I use Himalayan salt as well, especially for a great sea mineral bath. Wright salt doesn't taste very salty; it doesn't work very well as a culinary salt, although it is a great therapeutic salt. Real Salt by Redmond Trading Company is a very clean award winning

It is best to squeeze it fresh - and keep the uncut lemon in the fridge - or the unsqueeze bits I mean - not sure why you would squeeze 4 cups unless you were going to drink it stat - but if you wanted to keep it fresh I would freeze it in ice cube trays and use one cube as required? xx From:
