Everyone I see with a cold sore gets free CS.
So far, all have said it's the best thing they ever tried.
A dab or 2 before they emerge and they don't.
My GF doesn't even get them any more.
Many people with Herpies say that a tablespoon of CS a day and they never
have an outbreak.

Well, it is very damp here and some people have trouble with the dampness

echinacea seems to help me.When I feel it coming on I take a couple caps
2x a day for a couple of daysbut I can usually feel an outbreak before
