LOL, the cheapest way is to pick a couple days or more when you can stay in the bathroom and take hefty doses of mag sulfate, and plenty of water. Seriously, I've seen that recommended. For me, with my chronic IBS-D, it kicks in often enough that I don't believe I have any build up in MY guts.
