Have to work up on dose- mine was 10 first wk then wk 2 was 20 and then 2 wks later 30 and then final 40 every 4 wks. Have them slow down infusions and put ice on while doing. Use 12mm needles instead of 9mm and premedicate with Tylenol 1000mg and Benadryl 50mg. Still makes me tired and have

Note that the Costco/Kirkland "Allergy Medicine" is exactly the same thing as Benadryl(tm) in the USA*, but a LOT cheaper since you're not paying for the brand name. That's what I use when I need an antihistamine. Note that it's also the same thing used in some over the counter sleeping pills. *
