I've been taking it for several years, off and on. Seems to be effective and no
side-effects. Even though it's packaged for veterinary use, it's the same grade
as for humans, and so much cheaper to encapsulate myself. L

I was advised by a local compounding pharmacist that when taking MSM, take it
for a month then take a month or two off and then do another month. Taking it
endlessly is not a good idea. Also if memory serves our body produces MSM.
