If you highlight the portion you want to reference before hitting "reply", it
will appear in your e-mail that you are sending and eliminate all the other
stuff. This makes organizing a snap.
You can't do anything about others that refuse to take the time to learn the
features of their mail cl
1. When I hit "reply" my cursor goes automatically to the TOP of the letter,
where I type my comment, it being the latest message.
2. I also delete most of the message I'm replying to (except for relevant
stuff) and
3. delete the cs list info because I know it will be printed again.
It drives me N
