1. When I hit "reply" my cursor goes automatically to the TOP of the letter, where I type my comment, it being the latest message. 2. I also delete most of the message I'm replying to (except for relevant stuff) and 3. delete the cs list info because I know it will be printed again.
It drives me NUTS trying to find some of your replies, hidden in text or running at the bottom -- and sometimes unsigned. Is there any way to standardize this or am I ** into the wind?
