Most grocery stores carry Potassium Chloride, I forget if it is called

This brings up the availability of tissue tests, and whether or not one
can get one without an MD. I have wondered how a hair analysis fits
in. It is considered reliable for heavy metals, but is it a good
indicator for other elements such as magnesium, calcium, selenium, etc?
