DMSO does carry the silver into tissues, but if you mix peroxide and
DMSO it will form MSM, which cannot transport silver into tissues. Doing
it the way you did, you were not actually mixing peroxide and DMSO, so
the DMSO would have worked as intended.

avial in a pulp abcess of my top molar. I wish I
not really want an extraction, but am feeling
