Do a search in google, there is a simple test where you spit into a glass
of water and wait ten minutes and if memory serves me right if you have
candida then little branches start to form in shape. Candida is a huge
subject and theres a group at yahoo. Its hit or miss what helps

I would say you were very lucky, I had alot of symptoms of candida and I
stayed on a strict diet for a year and it still didn't eliminate the
overgrowth, I did everything, probiotics, cleanses, you name it, I tried

I dont know Ernie, I gave up sorting it out. I also have EBV in my system
too. Im thinking CS will do the trick.
