They must have put a really nasty bug in the chemtrails in the last week
or so. My daughter has also gotten a nasty flu, while taking CS as
well. Up to now no one in my family has gotten sick for about 1 1/2
years since starting CS. What a bummer.

I am reasonably sure that I am making an ionic colloid. I use plain
distilled water (no saline). I cook it until it is a light golden color. I
have no idea what the ppm is. I have been taking two ounces four times a
day. Do you think that is enough or should I take more?
