One thing you might want to keep in mind is that Vit C has a chelating effect. I and others I have known have had issues with minerals when taking Vit C at high doses for long periods of time. You might also want to research taking the liposomal form which can be made at home. PT

I should clarify, that's ~30g spread over 5 does in a day-or about 6g per dose. Apparently in some conditions-mono being a notable one-people can actually use 100-200g/day. But our bodies aren't looking for that much right now and we'd have to get creative to figure out how to down that much if
