Haines. Chiropractor is encouraging me to use RealSalt diluting it in warm
water. You add sea salt to a pint or so of water until salt no longer
Potassium (K) is the key to lower blood pressure.
One needs to have 4 times the amount of Potassium than Sodium.
There`s a book called The K Factor that explains it all.
