supplementing or what balances you are throwing off? I don't think there
is any way for you to know unless you assay all your food?

simply not available to everyone. For some, they are just out of reach
price wise. And for some of us, who live in the middle of nowhere they
just are not available, period. We do see some organic produce in the
supermarket

A good friend of mine had a book about this very
subject. I don't know what it was titled or who the
author was but I jotted down a number of things in the
amounts he suggests we need to be healthy as opposed
to the RDA which is what we need to keep from being
