poisoning). He used it when a butcher(Dr) tried to remove his toenail
and instead removed

Lots of things "could" be dangerous. Asprin, Ibuprofen, even water
... shoot almost anything "could" be dangerous. If taken incorrectly,
obtained from unreputable sources, etc etc. More of the painting
everything with the same brush crap.
