I think we already had that discussion and abandoned the idea months
ago because that meant, among other things, 100% of calls would have
to be answered by the IVR, and it would breakk all kinds of call
forwarding, for example.

MAC-directory.xml file is position 18. After that, the regular address
book data is pushed.

configured the linux server as a gateway/router, masquerading NAT out
