So, I'm trying to use Contact Server in 4.6; calls come in fine and the
agents can pick up calls.
The problem is the DNID changes from what originally has been dialed to the
agent extension number!!
On 4.4 the the DNID remained the original dialed number.

I just updated a lab (4.4) system, did a full yum update and everything
came back up no problem.
I would suggest the issue is with your postgres server function, and
perhaps not with bind. Again, as active CDR records are waiting, they are
flushed/written to the PGSQL DB (SIPXCDR is the DB name)
and we need to pull out all the SIPXACD_HISTORY database and related stuff
too.
