Can anyone confirm Pawel’s statement? If I am unable to transfer calls to a
Queue, this would be detrimental for me.

I have an ACD Queue configured to receive all incoming calls. When a
call comes in and an agent receives the call they can transfer the
caller to an extension directly, but they are not able to transfer to
another Queue Line. The transfer fails and the caller comes back to the
original agent that
I tested this over the weekend myself and I was actually not getting any
audio at all. I could dial from the remote phone to any number I chose,
but no audio whatsoever. Any ideas why that would be?

I tried both the name and the extension, which is 203. When I put the
log together I did have it set to CSR, would you like me to create a new
log? Right now I have it set to 203, but it still doesn't ring to my

Hello all. I am attempting to configure sipx to use ACD to potentially
replace my existing non-voip PBX. I am having issues receiving calls.
