Sounds like you need a dialplan file, see attached, upload this as a unmanaged tftp file, also i found that making a copy in both lowercase and uppercase worked for some older cisco phones. reboot the phones, they should load the dialplan, then you should be good to go. Regards, Ben On Thu,
