distributer I bought the box from went out of business.

Thanks for getting back to me. Attached are my AC call logs with debug
set to 5. working_log.txt is when Automatic Dialing is set to
routing tables and SIP settings are defined...
Also, it would be helpful if you could turn on the syslog logging on
your MP-118, set debug level to max, make a call that fails to work,
and
attach the syslog output from that event.

This should work, assuming you have manually made the changes and canconfirm
they are in there, you should run a log trace from the ACgateway and see why it
is complaining. If it looks correct, then a calltrace would be in order. I
