i am not concerned with the endpoint since sipfoundry does not produce an
endpoint. i had this discussion with mp3licensing.com already. sipx does
not produce an endpoint, mp3 licensing does not apply to sipfoundry,
period. please refer to the tracker for the mp3 request and all the
relevant detail

mean mp3? i reviewed mp3 with the foundation and since we are not mastering
or distributing this as content, sipx will require no licensing.
