sipXecs has a configuration setting to specify the number of digits in
an extension. (Although I can't find this setting in the GUI any more.
Any idea where it is hidden?) This setting is used in several places.
The ones that I know of are: 1) When the Auto-Attendant accepts an
extension number
Check out the Dial Plans page, for the Voice Mail plan. It's set there.

System -- Dial-Plan -- VoiceMail.
Then just change the VoiceMail and AA extensions.
