We just did a Polycom deployment with 4.0.1 and had no issue with MoH. If using sipXbrdige, we disable MoH in sipxbrdige because we let the phones do the reinvite. that way we have Moh both internally and externally. We used this firmware: Fimrware 3.1.3 Rev C Bootloader 4.1.2 >>> On 8/25/

No it is not, unless you are trying to do MOH in both locally (internal) calls and via sipxbridge. If this is the case, you just need to enable it for sipxbridge and not on the default profile in the phone. What version sipx and polycom firmware are you using? >>> "Venkata Srinivasan" 08/25/09
