After spending a week on trying to figure out why my nodes are not booting
with some help from the hardware vendors support folks we finally figured
out that SystemConfigurator removed two vital lines from the grub.conf file.
The nodes I am dealing with are completely headless as in they have no V
It urns out the reason my nodes would not boot is that SystemImager or
SystemConfigurator
removed the following two important lines from the grub.conf file that it
creates.
serial --unit=0 --speed=9600
terminal --timeout=5 serial console
Once I mounted the drive on another system and added thes
install has finished.

and I used the funtionality of the UYOK stuff to boot with the kernel already

used on the systems to boot to the systemimager install. Once you pull the image
in /var/lib/systemimager/images/YOUR_IMAGE_NAME/etc/sys
When I started up the systeminstaller-x11 client tksis from the old
version the other day, it did not indicate that it had found any pre-existing
images on my image server which is incorrect. Are you certain that the old
version of systeminstaller knows anything about the command renaming

So I finally was able to get past my "not finding master script" issues by
fixing some naming convention issues here. I am now booting the system
I am trying to install but it halts at the root prompt in the
/scripts/pre-install
directory. It seems that the initrd.img created during the UYOK proce
towards where to
look next?
I have been talking up how great systemimager/sisuite is here but
