Guys I made my tests with JAWS as well as with NVDA, and I can find the
Ok button with tab with no problems at all when trying to activate dnd
mode. A thing that I forgot to mention before though, is that I am using

My friend, analyzing the source of your message I noticed that you
apparently use Windows 10, so you probably got the Windows 10 app, the
one that we were talking in the latest days. It's better usable, not
perfectly though, with NVDA apparently, but no hope with JAWS at the
moment apparently.
So in short, this Skype available on the Windows store is better usable
with other screen readers such as NVDA than with JAWS... And probably,

Well Inamuddin, I am using Windows 7 myself at least for now, and it
works ok on my hand, so I don't think we are forced to use Windows 10 to
use Skype... If you mean Windows update instead, I am used to install
all the updates available, including optional ones.

I think the easiest way for doing this is by virtualizing the current
chat. Assuming you're running Doug's scripts, pess alt+1 twice in quick
succession while in the chat where you need to read something. If it's
not in the latest message, you can go up with arrows. Or, if
