Hi Mark, I know what your saying, in fact I personally have 3 copies of OEM XP Pro that I got when buying PCs on eBay etc. The problem seems to be in the OEM EULA specifically. I need something concrete to show these very nervous Windows only IT guys. I might check out the Windows 7 OEM

Seems to me that as you have Vista, an upgrade Win 7 pkg would be the way to go. THen go to http://tinyurl.com/c8274e (link to MS) and download Win 7 XP Mode ( free donload) - a full version (virtual) of XP is also available free. Got this info from Nov 2009 NZ PC World. Havent tried it
