One way is to buy a nice cheap charger like the Hitec range and buy AstroBob's Whattmeter and connect them in series: The meter will show how much charge, gross, you put in, what voltage, et cetera. Then you coonect the Whattmeter between a load, say something similar to the load you're gonna
