I just got some 1000 mah NiCads from Radio Shack, and started charging at home using my 110D, at 1A. noticed that by about 270mah, they were getting warm and the voltage was up to about 7.3v. So now I'm charging at .2A. Wondering is there something about these that makes it imperative
