Is a reservoir 'Air tank' needed for bagging? The System I purchased from CST did not have one, but I noticed the system from ACP does have one. Does having a reservoir make the pump work 'less' ? Or does a reservoir allow a weaker pump to pull more vacuum, (Like having a 'vacuum amplifier'
