Sounds like the pot is bad (DS machine huh?):^). Call our service department
and sent it in for repair or replacement. Horizon service ph# is

Bill, the owner of Smiley Antenna died three weeks
ago of a massive heart attack. His wife and the other employees are
operating the company.
His death was quite unexpected. Much of the
information for running the company were stored in his head. Therefore,
everyone at Smiley is working

I'm no expert, but have you checked the gear that is pressed onto themotor's shaft? It's possible it's loosen up, Locktight makes a locking fluidthat you apply AFTER assembly which might "lock" it back on, it's designedfor screws , but it should work.

Okay, I took another look at it. With the case removed, I powered up the
servo and narrowed down the problem to the sole plastic first gear (the one
that engages the motor pinion) and the gears it contacts with. I took
apart a spare 341 servo I had lying around and found that the plastic gear
