The original Sagitta 900 instructions recommend that the rudder should
deflect 1 1/2 each way and the stab should have a total throw of 3/4
measured at the leading edge. The center of gravity is recommended to be 3
5/8 back from the leading edge, and not more than 3 3/4 from the leading
edge.
I just wonder about running a BEC on a high amp setup, especially
something on more than 7 cells. My (limited) understanding of the BEC
tells me that you're really leaving yourself with very little in the
cells when the BEC finally shuts off the motor.
I'm not familiar with the BEC you're using

Much luck,

I will also consider one or two Windsong or Lovesong Kits.
I hope thats clearer.

With the help of Mike Franz at Kontronics, I figured out the problem. Mike
sent me an email with the instructions and after reading them, I still had
nothing...until I realized that this unit requires a separate battery, i.e.
it didn't have a BEC circuit!
Long story short, I connected the

Yipee! I just got a couple of JR's new 790 rxs from the brown truck. Very
easy to set up, PCM, and tiny with end block connectors. Just what I've been
wanting. I slapped one in my new 2 meter Duck (with conventional tail - thanks
Larry!) and will try to see if it works tomorrow. Being a JR

Received (2) JR Synth Rx units on Thursday and installed one in my Pike Superior and the other in my Soprano (RES). I had the opportunity to fly some incredible air today here in the Minneapolis area. Definitely a big-lift-day today!

Been flying R2000's for a while. It's nice to not worry about xtals any
more. Or course, the R790 will be nice for the smaller models and to
save a little weight compared to the 10 channel RX.
For all the transmitter impaired, you can also get a R720 FM RX from JR.

Topaz, first flight was a pop off and he flew it out. Really a gas bag, is
much better to carry than an AVA, lays entirely flat. There are days for
this ship for sure.

Hey Gordy--
Can I come fly your event? At our SC2 contest on Sunday if the sheriff's
chopper comes within view we will be ordered to dive below 400'. If I don't do
it fast enough then both the me and timer will get zeros for the round!
