RCSE-List facilities
Wing: 230.9 grams - 8.2 ounces
Misc Parts(screws, wing joiners, etc):71.4 grams - 2.5 ounces
Now, if I did the math right, thats 1409.1 grams, or 49.7 ounces before
radio gear installation. Figure on 16 or so ounces for gear and nose
weight, and it should fly around 66 ounces or so. Cool!!
John
local club, I know of 2 guys flying Eraser Xtreme's with JR R600
receivers and they don't seem to be having any problems. Both are being
driven by Profi 4000 radios. Antenna's are run inside the fuselage. Don't
know what their frequencies are, though.
Comments??

respectable height.
Its not the smoothest flying bird at the moment, but I've only flown it
twice. I think I've got it over-controlled at the moment, and possibly nose
heavy. Since there are no setup instructions, I'd like to know what others
have arrived at.
Thanks,

Gents,
With all the talk of the discus launched HLGs, are there any kits or plans
available for any of these?

flpaerons, what amount of differential would be a good
starting point? On a ship with conventional ailerons, 2 to 1 has always
been a good starting point for me, but with flaperons, I'm not so sure.

Hey Group,
If memory serves, someone a while back posted a method for making light
weight gap seals for flaperons on HLG wings. Anyone have a copy they can
forward me?

others I
should consider? I haven't flown or seen either of these models. Any
others I should consider? I tend to favor the 7035 airfoil and cruciform
tails (the molded Psyko is out of my price range). With what I currently
know, I would lean towards the Hera.
Thanks for any input,
John
pressure on the bottom of the wing?
I am primarily interested in sealing the wide aileron gap on the bottom of
the wing, I am not as concerned with the much narrower flap gap on the top
of the wing.
Thanks,
