I'd be pissed if it wasn't replaced too, although the damage might still have occured in shipping. A while back, a friend of mine bought an Opus V from RC Direct. It arrived in two boxes, with the v- tail in a seperate box from the wings and fuse (which is fine, that's how they ship them).
