can’t see how Apple could possibly need that – this market is much too small (+professional, specialized and difficult) to offer anything to a giant such as Apple. They need an ‘app’ they can sell in the millions, and that runs on phones and tablets, and doesn’t require any thinking by the user.

The way component selections and polygon shading are displayed can vary a lot between sessions and OGL settings. I must confess that after testing the three versions the most stable by a mile is the linux version, then the mac version (due to the old OpenGL in H13) and then windows which although works nicely overall has some strange things going on and slight freezes. I am waiting for Houdini 14 and see
