I hear both XSL and the race car on 6250 here in Illinois right now

My Kenwood TS-850 s-meter is showing it ranging from S7 to 20 dB over S9
here in east central Illinois. Some propagation fluctuations but mostly

The quality of V2 varies drastically. Sometimes it just has a hum.
Sometimes it's so distorted as to be unintelligible. Sometimes it has the

I think he is referring to the chime sound that happens three times
