So, without knowing what Michael has seen (and is looking at?), next thing I would try is a different Squeeze Network login, can you create a test one to try? It likely won't help. The blocking is based on the IP address. It might help to re-start after you had been offline for an hour or

Looks like SSOTS uses /opt/ssods4/bin/perl This problem is not about perl itself, but about some helper binaries like I mentioned (flac, faad etc.). As you're running a 32 bit Perl, it would be looking for 32 bit binaries, too. But LMS does come with 64 bit binaries. You just have to find
